The thing with electronic music is that you can quantize all the notes perfectly, copy paste, use sequencers and samplers etc to produce something no one has to ever perform. What's interesting about classical music from a performance standpoint is that each instrument is written to be interesting to listen to as well as for the player to perform. Also since performance requires warm up a piece of music will have 'warm up' sections that prepare the musician for more technical passages later on in the piece. The psychology is very difference when a machine is flawlessly performing whatever you instruct it to.
