Big cities have all the Western civilization services that you would expect.
The harder part would be getting a job. I have no idea about jobs for foreigners. There are some foreign companies in the larger cities, Warsaw. They probably need employees from home countries, so that may be your angle.
Job creators are always welcome. Unemployment now is historically low.
Wages are also lower than in the West, which makes import goods more expensive than one would expect in the West.
