With a population of only 102, Sumte, Germany was chosen as the site for a sprawling refugee centre for 1,000 new migrants, but many of the new residents have expressed dissatisfaction with their new home.
"There is nothing to do in there, no PlayStation, no TV," said Jihad, 25, who traveled from Syria.

Sumte's mayor, Christian Fabel, apologized, admitting, "The phone and internet situation here is a joke. Even local business people suffer. We are trying to get something done about it."
