I'm not sure about other states but in Washington, there's a law that allows mutual combat between 2 people. I think the thing about that law is that you can't fight at parks or parking lots which makes zero sense since those areas are ideal. (Granted there's no people around.)

I see no problem with this - it can easily be a legally binding contract. Just make sure to be specific in your message or you could get screwed over. Say - No weapons, no friends helping. 1v1 fists only. Sounds like fun.
