Luke Montgomery made an anti-Trump PAC "Deport Racism" and website with an inflammatory video and a $5k bounty for anyone who disrupts Trump on SNL. At the bottom of the page, he linked to Sanders' official website so that people would think the PAC was made by Sanders supporters.
However, we found out that he is actually a Hillary supporter, and he was false-flagging to make Sanders look bad. This was found by looking at the page source and finding multiple references to his Hillary PACs (links to "Bill for first lady" and an unreleased "White House wonder woman" campaign) and looking at Montgomery's FEC filings (shows that he owns both Hillary and Sanders PACs). When this was discovered, he removed the Sanders link.
Furthermore, he was (perhaps still is) adding emails from purchases on Deport Racism to mailing lists for his Hillary PAC, which violates CANSPAM, their privacy policy, and possibly some FEC regulations. This was found when some anon inspected the JSON objects on the shop part of the site and investigated the mailing lists.

At this point, people started looking more closely at the FEC filings, and a Swiss forensic accountant started looking through some contribution statements. These are still under investigation.
A Turkish user has found evidence allegedly proving that George Soros has been funneling money through the Democrats to the Republicans, and that he is behind Deport Racism (info dump here: http://imgur.com/IRsjnHW). This is currently being compiled into a form that another anon can post as an article on a blog-publishing platform.

There's been some speculation that the heavy waves of funding directed through these two organizations to the tune of $75 million set in motion Hillary's rapid rise to begin the '07-'08 primaries, since much of the money raised wasn't spent then. It's possible Soros raised the money by claiming it would be used to defeat bush, then stockpiled more of it to be used for the inevitable Clinton campaign in the '08 election, when after Bush, it was almost guaranteed the Dems would win.
CAP and American Bridge took point in '07-'08, along with Media Matters gaining publicity for several anti-republican hatchet jobs. Brock's biggest moments as director of numerous organizations came as part of the enormous funding of Clinton's first campaign.
