When you have a lot of money, it's very easy to make a lot more money. VERY easy. It's the oldest game in the world. Ever heard the saying "the rich get richer, the poor get poorer?" Money is on a sliding scale. No matter where you are on that scale, there's very little balance to it. You're either hurting at the bottom, or you're succeeding at the top.
This is just common sense. It's not an attack on people with money, nor do I think the government should take their money (other than their fair share of taxes).
