Well from what I have been able to dig up, on George Soros (and by a surprising extent, just Soros and his family name) under the FEC website is that he donates money to all sides.
Recently (2014-2015 only) he has been donating mostly to republicans, but he also gave alot to several other campaigns, including Hillary's.
