Cruz is very, very fucking smart. He's a master Harvard debater and argued successfully in front of the Supreme Court. He is the most aggressive and cutthroat person in this campaign, which is why I think in a Trump-free world in a general he might almost have had a chance at taking out Hillary.
However, he's a fucking politician, and to my knowledge I've never seen a more crafty tactician when it comes to FUCKING LOSING.
Cruz is the best tactical failure I have ever seen. He manages to deploy his massive political talent in specific ways such that he can boost his own appeal while not really fucking doing anything. He wins, we lose.
Cruz has buckled on every significant vote he's been put to, and he always seems to have a flimsy Semitic excuse.
