From what I understand, "the wall" is nothing more than initializing a policy that's already in place.

Literally none of that makes any sense
Most that pick food from the fields are legal migrants. They're on a seasonal work visa, and get paid union wages. Then they go back home, and live like rich people because they earn so much more than the average Mexican. They also don't want to get in trouble, because that would mean expulsion from the program. They hate illegal immigrants because they do the same job as them, which cuts into their wages, plus illegals get paid under the table at lower than minimum wage.
I don't understand why people are so upset about a wall that G.W. Bush out in motion. We already have some sort of fencing, it just needs to be bigger and stronger. We also need more border agents.
