There, the country side is Africa tier of poverty. The very same negro-indians do the same in the less fucking poor southeast areas, but with slightly less killing but bigger guns.

Fucking corrupt political system. There are really virtually no exceptions. Republics can work with corruption, but not if the corrupt make up the majority of public power.
State is inefficient as fuck, as you might expect. Quite a few big state owned companies that are, as the viewer might expect, as corrupt as it possibly gets. Public services are shit. Public health is shit. Roads are shit. Security is shit. So shit tier that middle class actually pays twice (taxes + private services). And taxes are fucking high, btw.

Look those hues here are honest and telling you all the downsides however some of them don't know the good sides because they have never left the country.
Good points:
1) Unbelievable amount of available, hot women. They are very feminine, super attractive but also down to earth. A real blast to be around. Negatives for the chicks there: Many of them kiss way too many guys.
2) Food is pretty good. Some great new fruits, Acai is awesome
3) They know how to have fun. If you go to the right city you can find some comparable shopping malls with good food courts, arcades etc
