In a realistic situation, you would only want the best of the best, the pinnacle of talent to help further your company or organization. High standards are necessary as failure may drag the group down.

The hilarity and delusion of the "crybullies" at these universities is equally horrifying and entertaining.
What these people fail to realize is that you can coddle and care for adult-children, "teens" and "youths" for only so long. Scholarships are for 4 years only. Federal financial aid runs out at about 6 years of undergraduate education. At some point these emotionally florid individuals will be forced from the nest and the breast of academia. They will have to work and earn money or live the life of a degenerate pauper with less power and influence than the hypothetical redneck mechanic they despise and fear.
That is when nature will cure them--illusions permanently dispelled. Life in the US (white America anyway) is a meritocracy. Sure there is nepotism, cronyism, and poor play occasionally. But generally, if you respect the law, act decently towards others in your community, and work hard then you will reap the rewards of your labor. Lazy whites who live degenerate lifestyles are equally poor, dirty and ignorant as niggers (though they trend far lower in terms of violent crime).
What the niggers believe is that the uneducated mythical redneck klansman is holding them down. Or the white businessman, cop, software engineer (whomever catches their yellow-eyes attention). But in reality it is their inability to accept, internalize, and live by white culture's rules.
That is what they want. For whites to change our rules so that even if a nigger is obnoxious, lazy, ignorant, unqualified, or uneducated they should get a pass. We should hire them and welcome them into our homes, businesses and communities.
They want the culture of college campuses to become the mainstream.
They cannot live without cultural welfare. That is what these universities have--cultural welfare.
