You pop 120 film inside, extend the lens/shutter barrel by sliding it out of the body, estimate exposure settings and adjust shutter speed/aperture on the round bit poking out with glass in it, cock the shutter lever, aim camera at subject, frame the shot, guesstimate/measure the focusing distance and press the only goddamn button on the entire thing.
Seriously, what do you need a manual for? You can see everything about the camera on it. Or have you never shot film at all, OP? What exactly are you asking about, because the snarky /p/ answer should've been "yes, exactly like any other camera"
