Because I'm curious, what preps does /out/ have for SHTF?
I have a cabin 500km away full of supplies, guns and farming stuff. I have a bag packed near my front door with enough food and water to last the trip and a bike to get to my location.

Also I recently found a cabin that sounds like the one you're describing. Nicely stocked. We broke in and checked it out but left it locked. If SHTF I'll probably go eminent domain on that cabin as it's pretty close to me.
