To be fair though most people who own cars like those aren't going to track them as fast as possible (maybe viper drivers are an exception) especially if its expensive (and because some manufacturers use to void your warranty if they caught you tracking your performance car or even using a feature it was design to use *cough launch control cough*) I think Nissan and Porsche do this or use to do it. Ferrari probably still does and i'm not sure about Bimmer.

because muh V8 and muh freedom. A Mustang GT is pretty much 50k$ in most yuropean countries and they're going to tax the shit out of you for the 5L of displacement.
