Hey /o/, I'm bored and need to express my gratitude towards the Ford Motor Company and all of their success they've achieved in the last decade. I truly believe Ford is at is all time best right now.

Sorry, but having one gleeming turd among a pile of trash does not make your favorite car manufacturer good (nevermind the fact the Zo6 is a unreliable pos, Hellcat is pigfat, and WRX is overpriced cheap Japcrap). What really makes Ford the GoaT at the moment is that EVERY single one of their models is the best in their class in terms of efficiency, power, handling, reliability and price.

Certain things are done right certain not so much
There are more build quality issues In a $37k sticker fusion than I would prefer and basically my dealer said ford would deny a warranty claim on chrome on the window trim not lining up
Myford touch is still a meme with certain issues, the CEO stopped using it and ford engineers called it a polished turd. The ultimate fix is hardware replacement but ford is trying to stall during a class action.
I like my car a lot and I definitely prefer ford over us domestic but while the Japanese brands limit you they are much more reliable. Pretending ford is perfect is disingenuous.

Ford's CVT sucks ass, but then again so does Honda's and every other CVT out there on the market. But ever since 2010, Ford completely turned around and became the best for amerifat you can buy. They did pretty bad in the 90s with the only exception being the crown vic.

Yeah except for torque, towing capacity, payload, ride quality, value for dollar, storage capacity, and weight. You forget that they had to totally strip an F450 last year to get it into a class 3 segment to begin to compete with the Ram. And maybe the reason Ford is the professional standard is that Ford pays millions every year to the govt for the contracts. It's a racket and nothing more, only thing F series has going for it really is the Raptor and they neutered it for next year.

Those all add to the base cost of the titainum trim with AWD which is already around $31K base.
I got options that are often restricted to luxury cars, paid $34K for it instead of luxury car prices, and 0.0% financing for 48 months.
New cars are not as cheap as they used to be, unless you go absolutely barebones on the feature set.

Lambo still uses a V12, so does Ferrari, Aston Martin, etc. They could use a smaller engine and have similar effect but you lose the prestige.
