I passed my A license today just got back from test driving the new Honda NC705S. I'm in love /o/. Coming from a Kawasaki ER6N and a Ducati Scrambler as my learner bikes, this thing is the oposite end of the spectrum. Easy to handle, the clutch and gas are so smooth, the suspension is perfect for city riding and the storage compartment are a big plus as a daily driver.

Armour in a jacket is under the leather/textile which is already highly abrasion resistant so will protect the pockets holding the armour. It's also primarily there for impact protection on bones like elbows, hips etc. and not for the slide. That's what the outer leather/textile is for.
