For small parcels, anywhere between 9am and 5pm on a Monday or Tuesday depending on if you live near a depot or an annexe and where your house is on the round. 9-3pm for Wednesday to Friday.
Medium to large parcels are usually done by vans which are contractors. Contractors will pretty much do it when they feel like it. In my experience most will be out in the late afternoon if you're in the suburbs, and morning if you're in a regional area.
