I learned how to ride there. Had an absolute blast, to be honest. Half the reason I ever wanted to learn was because folks are always riding bikes in Hindi movies. I felt on top of the world once I got good enough to lane split and keep up with and on top of Delhi traffic.

I didn't think driving in those parts was bad. The same goes for Noida, when I was staying there. Lots of congestion and typically bad Indian drivers, but it was easy enough to weave through traffic on a bike.

There is no Hero 3. There's the Hero 3 white, silver and black. If you're grading the footage then get the black, otherwise get the Silver, the white is pretty disappointing and is outdone by a modern Chinese clone. Personally, I use a Hero 4 black.

I was actually skeptical at first but they're higher than almost all other "riding shoes" out there. They protect your ankle admirably, just not your shin. I'd know, I've crashed twice with them and they took hits both times with no damage to my feet or ankles. As good as a high boot? Unlikely, but much more comfortable, pretty water resistant and you can actually walk in them which was important for me.

Pretty good. I bought it on the back of it's SHARP rating and flip front, though I rarely used it except to make putting the helmet on easier. I don't think the venting is great but you can always crack the visor open a bit. Comes with pinlock so never had any trouble with fogging. The peak is nice for keeping sun out of your eyes sometimes and just as something to pick the helmet up by. Internal sun visor is okay although it will fog up if you're not moving and have your face shield fully closed.
