Car was running but stopped, guy was slumped back head rolled back and mouth open. Eyes closed, though. Wasn't sitting straight back, but kinda slumped out of his seat and over the arm rest. Been like that for 30 minutes or so.

Reminds me of something that happened to me a few nights ago.
