It seems like I can pick up a fabric steamer for $30 and have it off in maybe an hour or two? I'm seeing a couple other options as well.
Car is also missing about half of the exhaust as well. Will this have any adverse affects? Right now it's just bretty loud but I like the sound for the most part. I guess the downside is I won't ever pass an emissions test.

Not sure about tint, never bothered with it.
Bad exhaust reduces backpressure = less HP. I had a car where it snapped off on the flex pipe shortly after the header and I noticed it was faster on the butt dyno after getting it welded up.

Red is one of my least popular colors surprisingly enough. Not as bad as green/blue but they are pretty dark so I think it's kind of limited in application.

For cut vinyl, you remove the backing paper, then apply the sticker, then remove the transfer tape. For slaps, you just remove the backing paper then apply the sticker. The details on how to best apply each vary some, but those are the basic steps.

it's pretty close to being the same as long as the person sends it with transfer tape as they're supposed to.
you have to remove the transfer tape from the car after you put the whole thing on, the real trick to it is rubbing it real good so it's not only free of bubbles under the vinyl, but the glue of the transfer tape also heats up, weakening it's grab on the decal so it can be more easily pulled away from the car and vinyl, without pulling up the vinyl with it.
