First for how to fast at Mugello? I feel like I've got the line down on every part of the track except through Savelli and Arrabbiata (T7 8 9). The car refuses to grip hard through 7 and 8, and the line through 8 I can't consistently get right, leading to understeer into the sand. Best time's a 1:55.5 in the SLS.
Also what kind of line are you guys taking through the last corner? Wide in late apex? Or hug that corner and understeer your way out?

GTE Am only requires that your chassis be at least one year old. The Ford GT and 488 will be legal next year. The regulations are still exactly the same. That's a far cry from being entirely separate specs of car.

Which also means GTE cars being obsoleted (as in no longer legal to race anywhere obsolete) en masse at the end of this season. But apparently that's "streamlined and easy to follow" compared to the GT rules stability in the early 2000s.

I fired up Forza 3 for the first time in 5 years or so. I can't believe I used to play with traction control, stability control, ABS, and the suggested braking line all on. I turned them all off and the game is a lot more fun than I remember it.

open the .HDV file and edit the "braking torque" value.
there are many values that can subtly affect the braking value, for example, you get a small bit of extra braking grip when ABS is activated so that it's simulated properly. Luckily, the .hdv is commented so it's not hard to just fuck with values, just back up the original.
