I used to cycle a lot when I was younger and I'd do it instinctively. Try to take a turn at 20mph~ and pulling the bars to the direction of the turn doesn't work as well as it does at low speed. Push the bars out a bit and the bike leans over to the direction of your turn.
When I first heard about counter steering in regards to motorcycles I didn't really understand what it was until I figured out I had already been doing it most of my adult life.

It works at low speeds, its just not as necessary. The gyroscopic effect of the wheels is weaker the lower their revolutions so they're easier to pull out of alignment. Though if you want to make a really tight turn even at low speeds counter steering will help.

It's not a matter of pulling wheels out of alignment it's a matter of shifting your weight in the direction you're turning. You do that by countersteering and causing the bike to lean in the direction you want to go. It's just unconscious effort at low speeds. You don't think about it, it just happens. If you sit bolt upright and just turn to the left, without first countersteering to the right, you will fall over to the right.

If you want to explain it outright you have to use really specific language since its not a matter of leaning body weight.
Your wheels are gyroscopes in a straight line. The faster they are spinning the stronger their gyroscopic stability. If you want to make a right turn at speed, you initially slightly push the right handle bar forward instead of pulling it backward towards you. Doing this changes the contact patch of the tire. If you push the right bar forward you create a slight instability, and the bike will lean to the right side to try and compensate for the gyroscopes now being out of alignment. Those gyroscopes want to be upright no matter what. Push them out of alignment and they will lean in an attempt to correct. That is counter steering.

Because the VFR is a Honda anon, Hondas tend to hold their value well due to using more expensive parts when it comes to suspension/brakes/engine and they also tend to be more reliable where as suzuki is well known for cutting corners to get a bike to be a few thousand dollars cheaper.

No one really cares m8. They are fun little pit bikes that are street legal, low maintenance, and generally fun as fuck. Sure they are a little expensive, but the guys I've seen having the most fun are the guys in the Grom crews racing around doing 50 mph and wheelieng in parking lots. I personally wouldn't buy one (maybe in the future I will buy one and do a 250 or a 450 swap) but I can see the silly appeal of them.

Bike is parked. Battery is out. Put a batter tender on it and now its fully charged. Unpluged and put the battery on my self. What do I do now?

Unlikely, my stock exhaust is just rusted, dented and bent to hell.
