It's a good engine if you don't get a stock one from the product line. They just don't make much power IMO.
But by god they are just about unkillible and will last a good amount of time when taken care of. The things that will fail is the rear diff and trans faster than the motor.

350s are great for modifying. If it's carbed ur best bet is to switch to a 4 barrel so you'll want a decent intake mani. Heads and headers are ur next big power gainers. You can easily push 350 to 400hp with a few thousand invested. They have great reliability

should last 100K miles though
the 350 will probably last forever if its taken care of. Seen a couple corvettes with the 350 with 250-300k miles ( theres a C4 corvette on the forums with a 310k miles). The 350 has a ton of info online thats worth reading.
