I've heard some good plunder phonics albums and I've heard shit ones too. Yours lies in the former. Every track create a unique and unsettling atmosphere, with the exception of two drones, which bored me towards the latter half. The closer was my favorite piece, as it had many interesting musical moments and never grew that repetitive.

So you bring up a good point actually.
I've discovered so much great music in these threads lately, I made a playlist initially just for my own personal listening (I make a lot of SC playlists and set them to private so they don't clutter my page and I can still listen to them).
After I put the playlist together and started listening through it, I thought "Holy shit, this is actually really amazing stuff". I was actually kind of proud to be a part of a community that puts out so much awesome music, so I threw one of my songs onto it, set the playlist to public and shared it on /mu/- In my head at the time, I thought that if people shared it the playlist could be like a summer compilation we could all spread and share to support each other.
And here's the part where I can totally understand the point you're making because I did sort of fuck up:
It wasn't until after I shared it on /mu/ and it got a few reposts that it dawned on me "Ah fuck... it'll say "Mutants by Dierksimus"... I should have made another soundcloud so it's equal for everyone and I don't come off like a douche...Fuck...Whoops."
I try not to be a leech on the community- I contribute a lot of feedback in these threads and on SC pretty consistently, Even when I'm just lurking to discover new music.
I hope this clears up any confusion as to "the mystery of the motive of the /mu/tant playlist". Anyone who wants to repost it can, and unpin it from their SC whenever they want. I intend to continue listening to it on repeat because it is without a doubt, my favorite SC playlist I've made yet.
As always, I will continue to lurk in this thread to provide feedback on SC and discover new music.
