Part of a three way tie for my favorite album of all time.

Loving all the Cindy Lee stuff. Honestly, I think Power and Possession might be better than Women's first album, which is really saying something. Nothing can touch Public Strain though. I enjoyed Viet Cong, but I'm not too excited for Preoccupations. It's missing the experimental element that really made Women shine.

I actually like the first album a little more than Public Strain but that's probably because of Black Rice and Shaking Hand
I wish Viet Cong/Preoccupations wasn't so overproduced, the lo-fi quality was really appealing in both Women albums
also Cindy Lee is not that good, although Act of Tenderness has a few really good songs
