OP asked which Beatles song I associate the most with the person. As I explained for Harrison, I associate Norwegian Wood with him because it was the first to extensively incorporate his sitar work, which is one of the standout traits of Harrison's career.

I associate Helter Skelter with Ringo, because the drumming is energetic and raw, which is honestly rare for Ringo. Plus he's got blisters on his fingers.

Looking back, With a Little Help from My Friends is probably even a better song for Ringo (even though he didn't write it), since it completely defines his role in the Beatles.
