So /mu/ has officially completely gone down the shitter.
both these albums are definitely gateway drugs to appreciating classical, free jazz, noise rock, electroacoustic et al. though, and expand the sonic palette far beyond the p4k canon despite their attempts to co-opt them into indie-friendly albums
this is a bad post

How are you any different?
"I only listen to real innovative experimental music. None of that entry-level RYM//mu/core cookie cutter crap that brings nothing new to the table."

"I listen to music"

oh sorry, i don't mean to impugn other kinds of music!! this isn't a discussion of quality but rather expanding the kinds of music and sonic timbres one listens to and learns to appreciate it, it doesn't matter which rabbit hole you go down really
I just think TM and LS, along with Kid A funnily enough, are albums that make people kind of into music absolutely adore music with all of their being. personally I'm lukewarm on TM but i think LS and Kid a are masterpieces in their own right -- but are also indicative of the way music, at its peak, turns a hobby into a passion
WELL I SAW
