Which is the better album, Vulnicura or Biophilia?

It just depends on your mood, really. If you want le sad raw relationship stuff, Vulnicura. If you want nature stuff, Biophilia. Vulnicura is a fantastic record, but nowhere near as innovative in its themes and concept. I also prefer Biophilia musically.
All her albums after Vespertine are patchy. She lost the plot.

Her worst record is nearly universally held to be Volta. It's not outright bad but it's really awkward and some of the track don't fit together.
Just listen to her albums in the order they came out. You've heard her best two. The others are all good/great still

Listen chronologically, it's the best way. Personally her "worst" record is Volta, which most people seem to agree. I don't absolutely hate it though, every Björk album is great, it just doesn't compare to the rest of her discography. Also, listen to Vespertine, it's her best work.
