Its not just experimental, it mostly consists of dense, drawn-out soundscapes that barely have structure. 3/4 of the album is pretty much the opposite of pop music.

You're probably baiting at this point, but Revolution 9 is quite obviously a sound collage on an album that is almost entirely pop. HCTI is almost entirely lacking of pop influence. Only a small fraction of it has structure, and Slippi is the only song that can really be classified as noise pop.
