BTW I'm from NYC and this is the only house venue I know of in the area, let alone a metal one (Not counting ABC no rio)
The place is ran by this chubby 18 year old kinda ugly girl that's living with her parents. (which means no alcohol or drugs, but that's the policy at ABC no rio so yeah idk I guess new york cops are strict about that with house veneus)
Average age of the person there is prob 17, but there is a bunch of people who are older still and a few younger.
What's really annoying about her is normally she just picks out of like a select pool of bands (most of them thrash) and only really lets them play. Only recently has she been expanding more.
Like for example the black teen DSBM band has played there at least three times.
When I was in Baltimore there were house venues owned by people actually over 21 and had crowds about that age, I wish there was that around here.

Overall I've currently listened to Timeless miracle, Gloryhammer, Dark Moor, Ancient Bards, Judicator, Persuader, Fatima Hill, Serenity, Secret Sphere, Blind Guardian, and Rhapsody.
