a fun hangover is moreso when you hang out with friends and at some point in the night you realise that you're going to be all alone after this brief peroid of feeling elated and ok with life and no matter how hard you try your friends will have to leave you at some point because they have their own lives to live and their own loved ones to see and care for. i honestly dread the aftermath of a social event before it even starts.

i definetly agree with that. group conversations can be suffocating at some points. and there's less room for genuine conversation
i guess if you can deal with being alone that's ok. a lot of people pretend to be strong about it and stay firm but in reality it's something they can't deal with all that well.

on one hand you have people that find it difficult to talk about subjects that don't related to themselves and end up brining everything about themselves as a result, and on the other you have people that don't (or more often, think they don't) have enough personality worth talking about and keep pushing the topics away from themselves towards you. it's tougher than it seems to have a balanced convo
