Something surreal, obviously. The point of the album/title track/whatever inspired the album was perceptions of reality, how weird shit is getting, and how everyone is retreating into their own versions of reality instead of caring about the real thing.
Suitably, they went for something very surreal. Formless shapes, something that might be an island, stars, and a warped caricature of Bowie. On one hand it looks kind of good, I like it more staring at the components with the idea in mind.
