My top three would be Long Long Long, Revolution #9, and Goodnight. Follow ups would be Bungalow Bill, Don't Pass Me By, (Both mono and stereo) the mono version of Piggies and Blackbird. There are so many great songs, it's really hard to choose, either in mono or stereo.
