k 13 is a great album, probably better than gorillaz' self titled, and definitely the fall.
i'm still not sure i'd say it's better than demon days or plastic beach though.

I never really bothered with the rest of Blur's albums but their singles from their britpop phase are good.

I personally argue for the first album purely because of the gnarlyness and how rough feeling the album was, though demon days was a badass album, it felt way too (I hate this word but imma use it) processed, and less niche compared to the first album. However this is /mu/ so my argument is invalid and i should go kill myself.
