The only great Cure albums are Pornography, Faith, Seventeen Seconds, Disintegration, Head on The Door and Three Imaginary Boys/Boys Don't Cry; and I say this as a massive fan
There's plenty of god-tier tracks on everything else, but no other consistently good albums.

What other artists sound like the album Faith?
My favorite band of all time, i started with the well known singles, from there started listening to the debut LP, and from there it was a trial and error kind of thing, desu, there's not a single bad record, it just has to grown in you, even the self titled and 4:13 the dream, they're good, not as Disintegration(Their magnus opus to me) or Pornography but not as bad as people say they're.

I like 4:13 Dream, but the production and mixing leave much to be desired imo. It has a special place in my heart though cos my first real introduction to the Cure was seeing them live in 2008 right before the album was released. They were playing a music festival, I think I was either a freshman or sophomore in high school, and when I heard they were playing I was excited. I didn't really know who they were but I knew it was a big deal that they were playing, I'd heard Boys Don't Cry and Friday I'm in Love on the radio before but they hadn't really sank in.
It still remains one of the best live shows I've ever seen. They came on at about 11pm and opened with Underneath the Stars, and it was an amphitheatre so you were exposed to the elements, and it started raining partway through Prayers for Rain and kept going through the rest of their set.
I'm seeing them again next month, except this time 8 years later I know a lot more of their back catalog. Feels weird, almost like I'll be seeing an entirely different band now that I know what I'm going into.

4:13 Dream is a little weird, remember that it was supposed to be a double album and that idea got scrapped all the way before the release and Robert had to pick the songs that made more sense in so little time. But it's still a good album.
