forgot this board is for 13-18 yos.

The point of generals is to serve as a hub for a sizeable group of posters who are informed and experienced enough in the subject of the general to be capable of providing varied content and activity in the long run.
/noise/ doesn't have enough posters to make sense.
What little amount of posters there have no idea about their subject of choice beyond what they learn in /mu/ chart threads and RYM genre pages.
There's no reason for /noise/ to exist.
Stop making these fucking threads.

Been enjoying White Suns and PC Worship a lot, actually. Dreamdecay is pretty good as well. If you're ok with a bit more rock influence, those three as well as Sewers and Running should suit you fine. As far as more straight-up noise, I'm definitely a fan of Yellow Swans. Anybody like Harry Pussy or AIDS Wolf?

I tend to like punky noise instead of Merzbow-style noise that feels slow and massive

I did just listen to Merzbow's boiler room set though and that shit was pretty good
