Totally. That was one of the first albums I learned to play through. Most of the songs are in C#/G# minor and it rarely deviates from the key.

Yeah American Idiot is super easy and everyone knows it. Dookie has surprisingly unpredictable rhythms, but Insomniac is just straight three/four-chord riffs.

Though I play bass and the biggest challenge with this album is coming anywhere close to Matt Sharp's energy and stage presence.
I gained a lot of respect for Billy Talent after looking up some of their tabs. They use so much more interesting chord structures and progressions than other mainstream rock bands from the time.
