That's tinnitus I'm the same way just switch to speakers whenever you can and avoid loud noises and it won't get any worse and you get used to it
earbuds sound great if they're high quality, but things inside your ear aren't that wonderful.
you should clean the buds with a fungal killer occasionally as you can get green fluffy ear syndrome.
