For me, was Mastodon many years ago. Before that, old ass Tool or St. Anger when it came out.
I've tipped or paid local bands' CDs and even Cassette tapes. I think soooome vinyl, even bought a turn table to play them.

I almost bought the RSD 2015 exclusive picture disc of Manic Street Preacher's The Holy Bible today for 10 Euro, but thought better of it.
In retrospect I regret not buying it.
Last time I bought a physical copy of anything was Gravity by OLP in 2002, and the only reason I bought a physical copy is because I wanted to see if the sibilance on Innocent was from a bad transcode or if it was just recorded that way. Turns out it was just recorded that way. Prior to that it was 2000.

i boght opal's 94 diskont and passion grace & fire by al di meola, john mclaughlin & paco de lucĂa on vinyl yesterday, so there's that.
i bought the White Light/Love of Life boxset because those bunnies are cute.
I buy about 5-6 physical albums a week and purchase about 5-6 digital albums a week.
Music is so much cheaper than it used to be
