Watch out for that band from England that have that song about how many miles they can see. They are dangerous. I saw them in concert, and I can honestly say I feared for my safety and well being. I know that rock concerts are supposed to be exciting with an element of danger, but these guys have so much pent up energy, they break all their instruments at the end of their show. They take old blues songs, and take them in a totally different, unexpected direction, but in a good way. I think they're called Milk, or something related to a dairy product. There's this exciting, new band made up of UCLA film students who are out of this world. I haven't seen them yet, but a friend of mine in L.A. tells me that the lead singer is dangerous and unpredictable. They're supposed to have an album out soon, and from what I've heard, the take the best elements of rock and jazz, and fuse them together. The singer even recites poetry to some of the songs like the beatniks did years ago. I hope they're literate enough to know their Shakespear and Greek tragedies.
