So I like the genre a lot but I've never heard a psychedelic rock album that is a 10/10.
Is there a 10/10 psychedelic rock album ?

It's hardly spaced out, but it's extremely, how to put it, extremely deliberate (isn't that almost antithetical to psychedelic music?) and that's what makes it so listenable.

This is pretty well known round here, but it has hands down the most interesting and varied instrumentation of any "psychedelic" album I've ever heard, apart from some 60's psych groups - also has a fucking awesome trip/odyssey in the middle that goes away from the pop stuff

Are you being serious? What's your favorite paychedelic album as of right now?
I really like King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard. They have a crazy output of albums that all go in different directions. However, all of them can be described as 'psychedelic'

John Arcesi was a veteran singer of the big band era who, in the early '70s, dropped acid and recorded an album with help from an anonymous hip studio musicians. The album was released in a private edition of 300 copies and most of them were given away to family and friends. Since then, the album, which mixes over-the-top crooner vocals with late '60s acid-rock arrangements, has developed a reputation as a lounge-psych/real people masterpiece.

And "It was noon, now my shadow’s long". Another lie as noon is the only moment of the day where sun is at its highest point in the sky, thus anyone standing under it will never have a "long shadow". To me this sounds as an echo to "Sun's coming down", when he finally stop lying.
