I'm really not the demographic for this sort of thing, nor do I ever listen to rap. I honestly didn't realize that drake did stuff like this - the little I saw of his recent pastel whatever made me think he just did weird r&b stuff.

This was okay, I guess? Sounded angry and braggy, which imo is kind of shitty, but I guess that's just part of the genre. I guess it was alright.

Okay, honestly, this felt so silly and goofy that I kind of liked it in a rather campy fashion if that makes sense. Give it like a 6/10 I guess.

While a lot of soft rock of the time has aged really badly, that's actually a nice track. 8/10 or 9/10
>>
>>62453094
7 or 8 out of 10, what's not to like
>>
>>62453141
You rate whatever track happens to be above your track. If it's already rated, do it anyways, why not? Or just move one step previous then I guess.

I can tell you I'm not listening to 17 minutes of this. It's something I haven't heard before, which is very good. It's interesting, which is ok. The filming of the process is cool, but I don't have an exceptionally high tolerance for this kind of wankery, especially in black and white. Basically sounds like an aural version of that dude slinging clay onto his head in Samsara.

Thanks for showing this to me though. I'm 6 minutes in, and I'll watch it for a bit more.

Guy below you.
I dig it.
Not something that really stands out as a masterpiece of the era or genre or anything.
But its got a nice rollicking feel to it and I'd probably look it up on my own again.
7.5/10

7/10 to 8/10

As far as the post-grunge adult alternative sound, trying to be like the Fray, the Last Goodnight, Train, the Calling, etc, it's really hit or miss for me. This track in particular seems to have a heavily 'generic' kind of sound coupled with almost whiny like vocals, like he's trying to sound like a sensitive 70s singer-songwriter. Not terrible though at all.

Ehhh... 6/10
