Because i just realized something: ANb is the opposite side of the meme coin where Anal Cunt stands-they're both comedy grind bands (ANb to a lesser extent, admittedly), they both have really short songs, they both have offensive lyrics, etc, but where Anal Cunt parodied grindcore by being as intentionally offensive, shitty and immature as possible, ANb have this really surreal vibe going through their lyrics that would be impossible to achieve by simply trying to be offensive and Scott Hull very clearly loves grindcore
And like i've said multiple times, Frozen Corpse Stuffed With Dope and Altered States of America may not be particularly good albums, but i whole heartidly believe everyone who likes music should listen to them at least once
