A reissue getting a 10 is different from the album itself getting a 10, although admittedly sometimes the reviewers themselves forget that. BNR just means it's a great product that's worth getting even if you own an earlier version.

Paul's boutique is better than anything Kanyes ever put out. Its one of the best hip hop albums of all time. Still
