"'no'"
Bros is the logical conclusion to music.
I can't get over how every single song starts out soft and slow, and then by the end it's either loud and fast or loud and has a million layers going on then it's either ending loud or 10 seconds of softness again. It's the same structure for every song. There's not a single song that starts out loud and gradually dies down, or any song that has it's loudest point in the middle bookended my mellowness.

Have you even heard OK Computer before, or just listened to one or two songs before giving up, because of short attention span

No, the logical conclusion to music (I presume that's what you meant to say) is randomised noise. How can it be the conclusion if music like it was made before and after it came out?

Paranoid Android starts off mid-tempo, rises to a frantic pace, and then dies off for the last 'movement' in a slow waltz.

the logical conclusion to music is at the end of the last song you'll ever hear, sitting quietly by yourself in a dark and empty room, the blood slowly trickling from your wrists as you're engulfed by a final wave of white noise
