I have a tendency of sticking to a single composer and a specific kind of work for long periods of time, currently I'm listening to Mozart's Piano Trios, Maria João Pires recordings especially.
In my last phase I was obsessed with Beethoven's late string quartets, especially opus 131.

I understand the importance of that music. I'd be a joke if I called myself a "musician" without having learned someday to recite classical piano. That's why I don't call myself a musician.

I don't understand judging others for their musical tastes.

There is music that I wouldn't listen to but there is no music id call "bad" or "tasteless". You can learn important lessons from such "bad" music. Even if it's just what NOT to do when making music.
