It was difficult for me to pick example videos since, more than other artists/genres, these songs work much better when taken in as part of a suite.
SHW made some brutal, difficult shit, but there's brilliance in there. They also changed to a more loungey sound later on.

My least favorite of the bunch. Kinda hacky as music, even though they are great technicians. They have to be mentioned, though. Maybe I haven't listened to their best stuff.
There's also DJ Shadow and all of the fantastic Dust Brothers collaborations like Beastie Boys-Paul's Boutique and Beck's Odelay. They were great until they almost got sued out of existence.
