There are absolutely no bad songs on Kid A.
That being said, Treefingers is the "worst" in the eyes of most because it's the most experimental, ethereal, ambient, etc. It's a necessary and important transitional track from How To Disappear Completely to Optimistic, but doesn't particularly stand on its own footing. Which is obvious, because Kid A was meant to be listened to as a complete whole and is best experienced when listened to all the way through.
Saying it's the "worst" track isn't wrong, but it's also totally ignorant of the fact that Kid A is a complete work and not to be evaluated song-by-song.
