Pulp
Not a fan of either band but oasis was the true winner. Nobody listens to blur anymore, most people couldn't really name more than two blur songs while oasis is still incredibly popular, in the uk in particular everyone knows oasis, every single club night ends with wonderwall, and they get heavy play on the radio still, they are still listened to by young people whereas blur just faded away.
I'm American, 23, first band I liked was Oasis. Still my favorite band. Only started listening to Blur past year or two. Pulp is better than Blur, but Gorillaz ain't bad. It's still Oasis by a large margin.
Oasis definitely. Pulp and Suede were the best bands of the Britpop era though.

Its kinda sad that Noels most recent album sold nearly double the amount The Magic Whip sold. It is clear Blur can still make great music but no one seems to care anymore..
Blur has a much stronger and diverse discography
blur yo
What do you all think of The Verve?
Wish Ashcroft would do something.
