I've completely fallen in love with Ichiko Aoba's music, it's amazing.
>>60659899
That Julie Byrne album is pretty neat, but I grew tired of it very quickly.
>>60660016
+Sun Araw
Yeah, Coldplay gets a lot of hate here but they're a decent pop group, and X&Y is a good one.

> That Julie Byrne album is pretty neat, but I grew tired of it very quickly.
Agreed. It's not bad, but I'm hoping she'll release some better stuff. She has some talent.
+Laura Marling <- this is a great album!
+Emancipator <- what'd you think of this? I liked it but the standard complaint against Emancipator is that he sticks with the same type of stuff every album. I mean, that's his style, but I think everyone's waiting for him to try some different things.
Who's /deeply depressed/ here?
>>60660133
Yeah, I felt much the same. I still think Soon it will be cold enough is his masterpiece, and most memorable album. I liked Seven Seas better than his other two most recent albums though. Only listened once though, gonna give it another go in a while.

aesthetic
>>60660795
I think any aesthetic the 3x3s could have is ruined by the new last.fm making all the album covers shit quality.
>>60660803

A good start. Keep browsing through more /mu/core to solidify your taste, then start digging deep in the genres you like.
